Merchandise sold by Linke.hk is subject to a limited 7-day customer satisfaction policy and a limited 7-day DOA (dead-on-arrival) policy, effective from the original invoice date. The following terms and conditions apply:

  1. RMA Requirement for Returns

    • All merchandise requires an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by Linke.hk for returns.
    • RMA numbers are valid for 7 days, with a small allowance for shipping times.
    • Merchandise returned without a valid RMA number will be refused and shipped back to the customer at their expense.
    • Please allow 5 to 10 business days for testing and processing of refunds.
  2. Condition of Returned Merchandise

    • Returned merchandise must not be physically damaged, including but not limited to damage caused by improper installation or overclocking.
    • Physical alterations, such as unauthorized modifications or bent pins, are strictly prohibited.
    • The following items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges:
      • Special order products
      • Notebooks, PDAs, televisions
      • Retail box software, OEM software
      • Computer games, video games, DVDs, CDs
      • Products explicitly marked as "no returns" or carrying similar descriptions on their product pages.
    • All products are eligible for the original manufacturer’s warranty. Customers are advised to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims.
    • Fees, including "shipping and handling," insurance coverage, and "Rapid Replacement" fees, are non-refundable.
  3. Unopened Merchandise

    • Unopened merchandise (excluding special order products or items labeled "No Returns" or similar) can be returned within 7 days under our customer satisfaction policy.
    • Refunds will be issued based on the current market price of the product, provided the current market price is lower.
  4. Opened Merchandise

    • Opened merchandise without original packaging or materials is not eligible for return.
    • Opened merchandise with original packaging and materials may qualify for return under the 7-day customer satisfaction policy but will incur a 25% restocking fee.
    • All returns must include all original parts and packaging materials; otherwise, the RMA will be rejected.
  5. LCD Products and Dead Pixel Policy

    • LCD monitors and other LCD-based products (e.g., notebooks, cameras) adhere to the dead-pixel policy established by most manufacturers.
    • A product with an LCD screen must have at least three (3) dead pixels to be deemed defective.
    • For products with fewer than three dead pixels, customers should contact the manufacturer directly for additional warranty information.
  6. Warranty Beyond 14 Days

    • All warranty coverage after 14 days will be handled directly by the product manufacturer.
  7. Right to Refuse Returns

    • Linke.hk reserves the right to refuse any return or refund requests for merchandise.
  8. Price and Policy Changes

    • Prices, specifications, and terms of offers are subject to change without notice.
    • While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of product information on the website, Linke.hk is not responsible for typographical or photographic errors.
    • Linke.hk reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
